2024-25: Sophie was named to the Div. III Women's Swimming and Diving Academic All-District team by College Sports Communicators...Placed sixth in the 1,650-yard freestyle finals with a season-best time of 18:54.93 at the SUNYAC-AMCC Championships...Finished ninth in the 500-yard freestyle with a season-best time of 5:28.21 and placed 12th in the 200-yard freestyle with a personal-best time of 2:04.24...Member of the 800 free relay team that finished with the fifth-fastest time at the conference championship meet...Competed in 10 meets during the season for Cortland.

2023-24: Sophie competed in five meets for Cortland during the season...Swam a season-best time of 5:29.94 in the 500-yard freestyle finals, and personal-best marks of 11:17.51 in the 1,000-yard freestyle and 18:42.77 in the 1,650-yard freestyle at the Cortland Snowflurries Invitational.

2022-23: Sophie finished seventh in the 1,650 free (personal-best 18:55.30) and 11th in the 500 free (personal-best 5:28.04) at the SUNYAC Championships...Earned third team All-SUNYAC honors as a member of the third-place 800 free relay team at the conference meet...Swam a personal-best 2:04.34 in the 200 free as the opening leg of the 800 relay.

High School: A 2022 graduate of Hilton...Member of the National Honor Society...Received the President's Academic Excellence Award and Valedictory Honors...Four-year member of the swim team...Received the Section Five Sportsmanship Award and earned first team all-league honors...Finished in the top eight at sectionals in the 500 free her senior year.
