Josh Henry returns to the Cortland coaching staff for a fourth season in 2012-13 after a successful four-year career in cross country and track and field with the Red Dragons. He works primarily with Cortland's distance runners.

Henry received a bachelor’s degree in sport management from Corland in 2009 and earned a master's degree in sport management from the College in 2010. He earned all-region honors four times in cross country and was an All-American as a senior as he helped lead the Red Dragons to their first-ever NCAA Division III title.

Henry was also a three-time track conference champion in distance events, a three-time national qualifier in the 10,000 meters and a two-time national qualifier in the 5,000 meters.

A USA Track and Field (USATF) Level I certified coach, Henry serves as the assistant director of Cortland's Summer Track and Field and Distance Running camps. He will be the director of the Distance camp in 2012. He is also a certified New York State Public High School Cross Country and Track and Field official.

Henry graduated from Homer High in 2005, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams.
