2024-25: Josh was a national champion as a member of the winning indoor 4x400 relay at the NCAA Div. III Indoor Championships...Garnered first team All-America honors in three events at the national championship meets...Chosen as a first team Div. III Men's Track & Field/Cross Country Academic All-American and to the Div. III Men's Track & Field/Cross Country Academic All-District team by College Sports Communicators...Selected to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team...Two-time AARTFC champion and earned All-AARTFC honors in three events at the regional championship meets...Named to the USTFCCCA All-Niagara Region for top-5 performances in the region in the indoor 200 meters, indoor 400 meters, and indoor 4x400 relay...Selected to the USTFCCCA All-Niagara Region in the outdoor 200 meters, outdoor 400 meters, and outdoor 4x400 relay...Chosen as the SUNYAC Men's Indoor Track Athlete of the Year...Selected as the SUNYAC Men's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year...SUNYAC champion and first team All-SUNYAC honoree in four events at the conference championship meets...Helped set the school record in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:12.59 in the finals to claim the national title at the indoor national championship meet...Was sixth individually in the 400 meters at the indoor national championship meet...Placed seventh individually in the 400 meters at the outdoor national championship meet...Helped the 4x200 relay team break the school record with a time of 1:27.00 to win the event, and also placed third individually in the 200 meters, at the AARTFC Indoor Championships...Broke the school record with a time of 46.63 seconds in the 400 meters at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships...Placed first in the 200 meters (21.93 seconds) and first in the 400 meters (48.50 seconds) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Won the 200 meters (21.64 seconds) and the 400 meters (47.13 seconds) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Member of the outdoor 4x400 meter relay team that set the school record with a time of 3:10.32 at the Cortland Classic...Broke the school record and placed first in the 500 meters with a time of 1:04.14 at the Ithaca College Quad Meet...Posted a personal-best time of 21.25 seconds to win the 200 meters at the Cortland Classic...Competed in 18 meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons for the Red Dragons...Was selected as the SUNYAC Track Athlete of the Week five times during the indoor season, on Dec. 9, Jan. 20, Jan. 27, Feb. 3, and Feb. 24...Chosen as the SUNYAC Track Athlete of the Week two times during the outdoor season, on Mar. 31 and Apr. 21.

Prior to Cortland: Attended SUNY Delhi...Member of the track and field team...Became the first-ever All-American in Delhi history in 2022 with an eighth-place finish at the national championship meet...Three-time All-American in the 400 meters, also finishing fifth nationally at the 2024 NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships and seventh at the 2024 NCAA Division III Indoor Championships...Finished his Delhi career holding school records in seven individual events and two relays.
