2024-25: Lassad garnered second team All-SUNYAC honors in one event and third team All-SUNYAC honors in one event at the conference championship meets...Member of the 4x100 relay that placed second, and part of the 4x400 relay that finished third at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Registered a 10th-place finish in the 400 meters (49.77 seconds) at the conference outdoor meet...Raced on the 4x400 relay team that finished fourth, and finished 12th individually in the 400 meters (51.60 seconds) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Posted a personal-best time of 22.50 seconds in the 200 meters to finish first in the event at the Utica Pioneer Spring Invite...Placed first in the 400 meters with a personal-best time of 49.39 seconds at the Cortland Red Dragon Open...Finished with a personal-best time in the 100 meters at the Danny Curran Invite...Competed in 11 meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons for Cortland.
