2024-25: Melissa qualified for the AARTFC Indoor Championships and placed 15th in the mile at the regional meet...Garnered second team All-SUNYAC honors in three events at the conference championship meets...Was second in the mile (personal-best time of 5:13.87) and second in the 3,000 meters (10:51.37) at the conference indoor meet...Placed second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (11:51.16) and fourth in the 800 (personal-best time of 2:22.14 in the prelims) at the conference outdoor meet...Posted a personal-best time of 4:49.36 in the 1,5000 meters at the Paul Kaiser Classic...Recorded a personal-best time of 1:22.00 in the 400 hurdles at the Cortland Classic...Competed at 13 meets for Cortland during the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2023-24: Melissa was a USTFCCCA All-Niagara Region honoree in the outdoor steeplechase for a top-5 performance in the region during the season...Qualified for the AARTFC Outdoor Championships and placed 15th in the steeplechase with a time of 11:39.39 at the regional meet...Garnered second team All-SUNYAC honors, finishing second in the steeplechase with a season-best mark of 11:09.95 at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Was 11th in the 3,000 meters at the conference indoor meet...Competed at 14 meets for Cortland during the indoor and outdoor seasons.
