2025-26: Claimed one SUNYAC title and earned first team All-SUNYAC honors in one event at the conference championship meets...Member of the distance medley relay (DMR) team that won the SUNYAC title, and also finished 13th individually in the 800 meters, at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Was eighth in the 800 meters and 11th in the 1,500 meters at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Posted a personal-best time of 5:06.77 in the 1,500 meters at the Cortland Classic...Raced in 12 meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons for Cortland.

2024-25: Mia earned third team All-SUNYAC honors as a member of the distance medley relay (DMR) team that placed third at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Finished seventh in the 1,500 meters (personal-best time of 5:08.37) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Was 12th individually in the 800 meters at the conference indoor meet...Registered a personal-best time of 2:32.48 in the 800 meters at the Cortland Classic...Had a personal-best time in the 3,000 meters at the Greg Page Relays & Multi...Competed in 11 meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons for the Red Dragons.

2023-24: Mia competed five times for Cortland during the outdoor season...Had a season-best time of 2:36.41 in the 800 meters at the Cortland Classic...Posted a season-best time of 5:14.34 in the 1,500 meters at the Cornell Big Red Invite.

High School: Mia graduated from Sacred Heart Academy in 2023...Four-year member of the track team...Invited to Penn Relays...Team won an indoor NSCHSAA league title...Team placed second at the indoor Catholic state championships her senior year...Two-year member of the cross country team...Team captain...Team placed second in league and at CHSAA Intersectionals her junior and senior years...Team competed at NYS Federation meet her senior year.
