2024-25: Mitch earned All-AARTFC honors with a sixth-place finish in the triple jump (13.92 meters) at the AARTFC Indoor Championships...Was named to the USTFCCCA All-Niagara Region for a top-5 performance in the region in the outdoor 100 meters...Garnered second team All-SUNYAC honors in two events, and third team All-SUNYAC honors in one event at the conference championship meets...Was second in the triple jump (personal-best 14.13 meters) and 10th in the long jump (6.52 meters) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Was a member of the 4x100 relay that placed second at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Placed third in the triple jump and fifth in the 100 meters at the conference outdoor meet...Posted a personal-best time of 7.10 seconds in the 60 meters at the Kane Invite...Registered a personal-best time of 23.28 seconds in the 200 meters at the Ithaca College Quad Meet...Recorded a personal-best mark of 6.78 meters in the long jump at the Utica Holiday Classic...Competed in 15 meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons for the Red Dragons.

2023-24: Mitch finished fourth in the triple jump (13.34 meters) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Earned USTFCCCA All-Niagara Region honors as a member of the outdoor 4x100 relay team that was top-5 in the region during the season...Qualified for the AARTFC Indoor Championships and finished 16th in the triple jump (13.02 meters)...Placed fourth in the triple jump at the conference indoor meet with a mark of 13.50 meters...Competed at 15 meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons for the Red Dragons.

High School: Mitch graduated from Half Hollow Hills West in 2023...Member of the honor roll...Four-year member of the track and field team...Set two school records...Earned all-league honors seven times, all-county honors six times, all-state accolades twice and all-federation honors once...Three-year member of the football team...Played one year of volleyball.
