2022-23: Mitchell was the SUNYAC indoor champion in the weight throw (52' 11.5") and finished seventh in the shot put (42' 5.5")...Finished fourth in the shot put at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships (45' 7.75")...Earned All-Niagara Region honors outdoors in the hammer throw.
2021-22: Earned indoor All-AARTFC honors...Placed sixth in the weight throw (personal-best 54' 3.75") at the AARTFC Indoor Championships...Finished fifth in the weight throw (50' 11") and eighth in the shot put (personal-best 44' 8") at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Earned outdoor All-Niagara Region honors...Finished ninth in the hammer (167' 0") at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships...Placed sixth in the hammer (161' 5"), finished 16th in the discus (112" 0") and competed in the shot put at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Posted a personal-best 124' 11" in the discus and a personal-best 180' 0" in the hammer during the outdoor season.
