2024-25: Paul finished first in the 10,000 meters (personal-best 35:01.47) at the Utica Pioneer Spring Invite...Was second in the 5,000 meters (personal-best 16:10.16) at the Cortland Classic...Finished second in the 5,000 meters at the Cortland Red Dragon Open...Competed in six meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons for the Red Dragons.

2023-24: Paul competed for the Red Dragons at six meets during the indoor season...Posted a season-best 16:11.71 in the 5,000 meters at the Utica Holiday Classic...Registered a season-best in the 3,000 meters (9:20.24) at the Greg Pages Relays & Multi.

2022-23: Paul competed at the Greg Page Relays during the indoor season...Posted a personal-best 5:25.62 in the mile...Competed in distance events during the outdoor season...Posted career bests in the 1,500 meters (4:33.83) at the Cortland Upstate Alternative) and in the 10,000 meters (35:47.90) at the Cortland Qualifier during the outdoor season.

High School: Graduated from Ward Melville in 2022...Four-year member of the track and field and cross country teams...Competed at state meet in track as a senior...Earned all-league honors and second team all-county accolades in cross country...Cross country and track and field teams won division titles.
