2022-23: RJ finished 15th in the 5,000 meters (16:14.24) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Posted personal-best times in the mile (4:39.08) and the 3,000 meters (9:11.04) during the indoor season...Finished ninth in the 10,000 meters (personal-best 32:32.00) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Recorded personal-best times in the 1,500 meters (4:08.30) and the 5,000 meters (15:27.77) during the outdoor season.

2021-22: Finished 10th in the 5,000 meters (15:37.09) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Posted personal-best times in the mile (4:49.71) at the Winter Welcome Back to Brockport Meet and in the 3,000 meters (9:29.14) at the Bomber Invitational...Finished 11th in the 10,000 meters (personal-best 32:52.65) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Posted personal-best times in the 1,500 meters (4:10.80) at the Cortland Classic and in the 5,000 meters (15:37.09) at the Jim Taylor Invitational.
