2024-25: Rowan finished sixth in the 10,000 meters at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Placed 15th in the 5,000 meters at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Registered a personal-best mark of 19:46.63 in the 5,000 meters to place 11th at the Cortland Classic...Finished fifth with a personal-best time of 41:30.53 in the 10,000 meters at the Utica Pioneer Spring Invite...Clocked a personal-best time of 5:19.35 in the 1,500 meters at the Cortland Red Dragon Open...Had a 12th-place finish with a personal-best time of 11:42.55 in the 3,000 meters at the Kane Invite...Posted a personal-best time of 5:56.47 in the mile at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup...Competed in 11 meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons for the Red Dragons.
High School: Rowan is a graduate of Northern Valley-Old Tappan.
