2021-22: Tom competed in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters during the indoor season...Registered a personal-best 9:24.27 in the 3,000 meters at the Bomber Invitational...Posted a personal-best 16:36.27 in the 5,000 meters at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational.
2020-21: Posted personal-best times in the 800 meters (2:16.39) and the 1,500 meters (4:16.38) at the Cortaca Dual Meet...Recorded personal-best times in the 5,000 meters (17:29.76) at the Cortland Conference Qualifier and in the 10,000 meters (37:12.29) at the Cortland Classic.
2019-20: Posted personal-best times in the 800 meters (2:17.15) and the mile (4:52.74) at the Upstate Challenge...Recorded a personal-best time in the 3,000 meters (9:27.93) at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational.
