2025-26: Carlen was a first team All-SUNYAC awardee...Skated in 26 games during the season for Cortland...Provided 19 points on six goals and 13 assists, including one game-winning goal, and had 28 bocked shots...Registered at least one point in 14-of-26 games...Had three assists in a 5-4 road win at Buffalo State...Scored a goal and added an assist in a 5-1 road win at William Smith...Finished with a goal and an assist in a 10-1 home win over Buffalo State...Contributed a goal and an assist in a 2-1 home victory over William Smith...Scored a goal in a 3-1 home win over Manhattanville...Netted a goal in a 3-1 home win over Oswego...Tallied an assist each in a 5-0 road win at Canton, in a 2-1 victory over Colby, and in a 3-1 home win over Manhattanville...Provided an assist apiece in two games against Wilkes, in a home tie against Hamilton, and at Plattsburgh in the SUNYAC Finals...Honored as the SUNYAC Athlete of the Week on Feb. 16. 

Prior to Cortland: Attended Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts from 2023-25...Named to the Dean's List in all four semesters...Two-year member of the hockey team...Played in 49 games across two seasons, recording 33 points on 21 goals and 12 assists, including five game-winning goals...Scored 24 points on 16 goals and eight assists in 2024-25...Named team MVP, team Defensive Player of the Year, and garnered first team All-MASCAC honors in 2024-25...Named team Defensive Player of the Year in 2023-24...Lists scoring the first goal in program history and scoring the first hat trick in program history as her greatest sports thrills in college.
