Quinn LaRock enters his second season as an assistant coach on the Cortland women's ice hockey staff in 2024-25.

LaRock had also previously served as a volunteer assistant coach for the men's hockey program at Cortland for three seasons from 2021 to 2024.

Previously, he has served as the head coach of Cortland's men's club ice hockey team, helping lead the team to its first-ever win at the national tournament, as well as an assistant coach with the Cortland/Homer Golden Eagles. LaRock also was the program director and executive director at the J.M. MacDonald Sports Complex.

LaRock earned a bachelor's degree in sport management at Cortland in 2020. He was a three-year member of the ACHA Div. 1 men's club ice hockey team where he served as an assistant captain as a senior.

A native of Babylon, N.Y., LaRock was a two-year captain in ice hockey at West Islip High School, winning a Suffolk County championship and earning all-county honors three times.
