Blair Rosenberg

Blair Rosenberg joined the Cortland women's lacrosse staff as an assistant coach in the fall of 2021. Prior to Cortland, Rosenberg served as a graduate assistant coach at John Carroll University from 2017-21 and coached with the Major Force Lacrosse club team in Cleveland, Ohio in 2018-21.

While at John Carroll, Rosenberg helped guide the team to three Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) playoff appearances, including a conference title in 2021. The Blue Streak finished with a 17-2 record in 2021 and reached the third round of the NCAA Div. III tournament. Off the field, the team earned Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Academic (IWLCA) Merit Squad honors and OAC Academic Squad honors in 2018 and 2019.

Individually, Rosenberg coached 23 all-conference selections, six Great Lakes All-Region players, the 2018 OAC Defensive Player of the Year, the 2019 OAC Rookie of the Year, the 2021 OAC Offensive Player of the Year and a 2021 third team IWLCA All-American, as well as a 2018 IWLCA Div. III Senior All-Star Game selection.

Rosenberg earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Saint Francis University in 2017 and a Master's of Education in School Counseling from John Carroll. While at Saint Francis, Rosenberg was a four-year member of the Div. I women's lacrosse team as an attacker and also served as a student-athlete mentor.

A native of Manorville, N.Y., Rosenberg graduated from Eastport-South Manor in 2013, winning a Suffolk County championship as a member of the girls lacrosse team.
