Chris Dickey enters his first season as an assistant coach for the Cortland women’s soccer team in 2017. Dickey joins the Red Dragons with several years of coaching experience on the scholastic and development levels, including the Syracuse Fusion U10 boys, the Century United of Pittsburgh U13 boys and the Highland Middle School (Pa.) girls’ program.
Dickey, who earned a bachelor’s degree in wood technology and furniture design at Morrisville St., was a four-year member of the Mustangs’ soccer team. Following Morrisville, he received an associate’s degree in exercise science from Onondaga Community College.
Dickey and his wife, Rebekah, currently reside in Nedrow, N.Y.
