The 2009 season is Kendra Ryerson’s third as a member of the Cortland women’s soccer coaching staff.
Ryerson, who earned a bachelor’s degree in special education from Cortland in 2007, was a four-year member of the Red Dragons’ women’s soccer team. She played in 71 games with 40 starts in her career as an outside defender.
A native of Commack, N.Y., Ryerson was a three-year starter in soccer and earned all-league, all-conference, all-county and all-state honors as a senior captain. She also competed on the indoor and outdoor track and field squads for four seasons.
Ryerson is currently a teacher in the Union-Endicott school district.
