2025: Was selected as the SUNYAC Defensive Athlete of the Week on Sept. 2 and Sept. 22.

Prior to Cortland: Attended Longwood University...Named to the Dean's List and member of the Longwood Honors College for three years...Three-year member of the soccer program...Made one appearance in goal, making two saves.
 
High School: Graduated from West Springfield in 2022...Four-year AB Honor Roll, two times All-A Honor Roll...Four-year member of the soccer team…Racked up 447 saves in three full seasons…Served as team captain…Helped the team advance to the Class 6, Region C Quarterfinals…Recorded 167 saves and three shutouts as a senior…Earned second team all-district honors as a senior...Named Spring Female Athlete of the Year…Was the winner of the SYC Spirit Award given to an athlete that is an outstanding leader on and off the field…As a junior, set a career high with 199 saves with two shutouts…Made 81 saves with six shutouts as a freshman…Member of both the state and District Olympic Development Program...Favorite sports thrill in high school was making 30 saves in a game while playing with a broken nose. 
 
Other: Hobbies include baking, hiking, watching movies, playing volleyball, and coloring...Daughter of Beth and Jay Rouse…Has two siblings, Carolyn and Maggie…Played club soccer for the Springfield South County Youth Club…Advanced to the U18 National Quarterfinals while winning the Jefferson Cup in 2021…Won the Virginia Championship three times from 2018-20 in club soccer…Father Jay played soccer at Siena College.
