SUNY Cortland Athletics

The 2012-13 season is Rachel Phillip’s second as an assistant coach on the Cortland men’s and women’s swimming and diving staff after a four-year career with the Red Dragon women’s program.

Phillips, who received a bachelor’s degree in physical education from the College, earned second team All-SUNYAC honors as a junior and senior after placing second in the 100 and 200 breaststroke at the conference meet.

A native of Eden, N.Y., Phillips competed in swimming, lacrosse and softball at Eden High School.
