Ryan LeBlanc enters his second season on the Cortland wrestling staff in 2015-16 after an exceptional five-year career at Division I Indiana University at 165 pounds.
LeBlanc, who earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Indiana in 2014, was a two-time team captain for the Hoosiers. He was named IU Wrestling Most Courageous, received the IU Wrestling Team Leadership Award and was a Big Ten Medal of Honor recipient as a senior.
A native of Morrisville, N.Y., LeBlanc competed in soccer, tennis and wrestling at Morrisville-Eaton, where he was a two-time state champion and three-time All-American in wrestling.
