Zack Bogardus

Zack Bogardus joins the Cortland wrestling staff for the 2008-09 season after a two-year career with the Red Dragons at 165 pounds.

Bogardus, who is completing his degree in kinesiology at the College, finished his Cortland career with a 55-15 record, including nine pins. As a junior, he compiled a 28-8 record, won individual titles at the Oneonta and RIT Invitationals and earned a spot in the NCAA Division III Championships. Bogardus posted a 27-7 mark as a senior and again qualified for the national meet. He captured individual titles at the Ithaca, Oneonta and Messiah Invitationals.

A native of Fulton, N.Y., Bogardus was a three-year member of the wrestling, football and baseball teams at G. Ray Bodley.
