SUNY Cortland Athletics

Locascio is responsible for content creation and account management for Cortland Athletics social media channels, and was instrumental in growing the Cortland Athletics Instagram account to over 22,000 followers, the most of any school in Division III. Locascio developed brand consistency in messaging to align with strategic goals of the department, and has been responsible for crafting engaging media for use on the Cortland Athletics website. Locascio also supervises and trains a staff of student volunteers to assist with photography and media design for the department.

Also the founder and CEO of EDL Photography since 2012, Locascio has provided photography for all Cortland varsity sports teams including home contests, traveling to road conference and NCAA playoff sites, and organizing media days with each athletic team. Locascio edits and organizes all photos into an online database, and distributes material on social media and for use in game stories and media guides. With EDL Photography, Locascio has photographed various youth, high school, and college sporting contests, as well as photoshoots, concerts, and other events.

Locascio gained previous social media experience as a social media intern for the football team Columbia University from 2018-19, and was a photography and graphic design intern for the athletic department at the University of Notre Dame from 2017-18. 

Locascio earned a bachelor's degree in physical education and a master's degree in sport management from Cortland, also receiving the Peter J. Cahill '66 Award for contributions to Cortland Athletics in 2015.
