Meggan Cramer returns to the Cortland women's hockey team as an assistant coach for the 2025-26 season.
Cramer recently completed a four-year career as a forward for the Red Dragons from 2021-25. She skated in 101 games, registering 43 points on 23 goals and 20 assists. Cramer matched her career high with 13 points in 2024-25, and had a career-high 10 goals in 2023-24, including Cortland's first-ever goal in the NCAA Div. III playoffs.
Cramer earned a bachelor's degree in healthcare management in 2025 from Cortland, and currently works as a recruitment and onboarding assistant in Cortland's Human Resources Office.
