Trisha Donnelly

Trisha Donnelly, MA, ATC, LAT, has worked on the Cortland athletic training staff since January 2007. She has also been a preceptor to the CAATE accredited athletic training program since 2007 and an instructor of exercise science coursework since 2012.

Donnelly currently works with Cortland's men's and women's cross country and men's and women's swimming and diving teams, and previously has worked with field hockey, men's and women's basketball, softball, men's lacrosse and women's gymnastics.

Prior to Cortland, Donnelly served as an athletic trainer and preceptor to the CAATE accredited athletic training program at Marist College from 2004-06. She worked with the men's soccer and women's basketball programs.

Donnelly earned a bachelor's degree in athletic training from Cortland in 2002 and a master's degree in physical education, with an athletic training concentration, from Western Michigan University in 2007. She is National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) BOC certified and is a New York State Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT). She also is CPR and AED certified through the American Heart Association and is Graston Technique Module 1 certified.

Donnelly and her husband, Pat, reside in Cortland with their children, Caitlyn and Jackson. Pat is a 2001 Cortland graduate and is the Coordinator of Clinical Education for Cortland's Athletic Training Program.
