Sam earned all-region honors at the NCAA Division III Women’s Cross Country Atlantic Regionals in Canton with a 33rd-place finish out of 274 runners. She posted a time of 23:26.4 over 6,000 meters. Himes was 106th after the first mile but improved to 46th after two miles and 41st with about 2,000 meters remaining before another late surge to finish 33rd.
