Ryan set new conference and school indoor records with his winning height of 4.95 meters (16' 2.75") in the pole vault at the SUNYAC Men's Indoor Track and Field Championships in Geneva, N.Y. He held a share of the previous school record of 4.90 meters. His performance helped Cortland finish second out of eight teams in the final standings.
