Sam helped lead Cortland to a pair of victories, scoring 11 points on six goals and five assists, while also scooping up six ground balls. He totaled four goals and three assists in a 16-12 home victory over St. John Fisher and scored two goals and added two assists in a win at Muhlenberg. He surpassed 100 career points in the Muhlenberg contest.
