Josh scored both of Cortland’s goals in a 2-2 tie versus nationally second-ranked Augsburg in the NCAA Division III Sweet 16. He gave Cortland the lead in the 49th minute and tied the game at 2-2 on a penalty kick in the 82nd minute. Cortland was eventually eliminated in penalty kicks and finished the season 14-1-6, and Carroll led the team with 14 goals.
