Bill contributed on both sides of the ball in Cortland's 35-0 home victory over Brockport. As a starting linebacker, he made 10 tackles, five solo, to help the Red Dragons post their third consecutive shutout. As the team's starting fullback, he ran for a 16-yard touchdown on his only carry to give Cortland a 28-0 lead early in the third quarter. Cortland improved to 5-0 with the victory.
