Carter was Cortland’s top runner at the SUNYAC Men’s Cross Country Championship in Oneonta, finishing third out of 113 runners in 26:07.7 over 8,000 meters. His finish earned him first-team All-SUNYAC honors, plus a spot in the SUNYAC Cross Country Hall of Fame (top 5 once, 6th-10th twice, or 11th-15th three times; he was 7th last year).
