Emily was named the SUNYAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week after finishing first at Cortland's Jack Daniels Shoot-Out. She recorded a time of 14:39.7 over a 4,000-meter course to earn top honors in the 132-runner field and help the Red Dragons place second in the team standings.
