Pete was named NJAC Defensive Player of the Week after helping Cortland win at Kean and clinch the league title and automatic NCAA berth. He returned an interception 75 yards for a TD - the third-longest interception return in school history - for the go-ahead score early in the fourth quarter as Cortland overcame a 17-3 deficit. He also finished with 11 tackles and a pass breakup.
