Bobby was named Co-Most Outstanding Wrestler at the NCAA Div. III Northeast Regional as he claimed his second straight title at 149 pounds and earned a trip to the NCAA Championships. Ranked first nationally, Dierna went 4-0 with a pin and two major decisions and helped Cortland repeat as team champion.
