Amaan earned national runner-up honors in the 55-meter dash for the second straight year at the NCAA Division III Men's Indoor Track and Field Championships. He finished second in the finals with a career-best time of 6.26 seconds, just one hundredth of a second behind the champion. Cortland tied for eighth in the final team standings.
