Matt was chosen as the Division III national Pitcher of the Week after throwing the 16th no-hitter in school history, and what is believed to be the first nine-inning no-hitter at Cortland since 1964, in the Red Dragons' 11-0 win at Oswego on Saturday. Tone struck out a career-high 13 batters, including the first six of the game, and improved his record to 3-0 on the season. Tone was also honored by the SUNYAC and the ECAC for his effort.
