Tara earned a spot on the NCAA Div. III Final Four All-Tournament Team after scoring four goals in Cortland's national semifinal loss to eventual champion Middlebury. In the process, she tied the school single-season record with 80 goals scored. Monaghan was later named the IWLCA Div. III Midfielder of the Year.
