Rosie was named the Most Outstanding Player at the NCAA DIvision III Softball Cortland, N.Y. Regional after helping Cortland win the regional title and advance to the super regional round. Phillips batted .500 (9-for-18) with two doubles, seven RBI and four runs scored in five games, and played errorless ball at second base. She was a combined 4-for-7 vs. Widener over two games in the championship round.
