Peter was named the Most Valuable Player at the University of Rochester Flower City Invitational. Cortland won its second straight title at the event after defeating St. John Fisher, 4-0, and playing to a 0-0 tie versus the nationally 10th-ranked host school. Degere assisted on a goal in the Red Dragons' win over St. John Fisher.
