ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The nationally second-ranked Cortland women's lacrosse team held Nazareth scoreless in the first half and went on to a 14-3 non-conference win Tuesday afternoon in chilly conditions. The Red Dragons improved to 6-0 on the season, while the Golden Flyers fell to 2-4.

Jessica Lavelle (Fayetteville/Fayetteville-Manlius) recorded three ground balls and three caused turnovers, Ohberg added three ground balls and Hayes-Hurley won five draw controls.
Leah Marvin, Amy McIntosh and Brooke Sullivan each scored a goal for Nazareth, and Carly Gates registered an assist. MacKenzie Haley collected three ground balls and caused two turnovers, and goalie Tara Prosak made 13 saves for the Golden Flyers.
