Drabin's first goal of the game, also with the man advantage, at 10:49 sent the game into the third period tied at 2-2.

Owens scored on a wrist shot off the pipe at 3:27 of the third period, and Cortland also was whistled for a penalty on the goal. Plattsburgh capitalized with three seconds left on the power play as Drabin netted his second of the night. Gonzalez cut the deficit to 4-3 at 13:43 when he scored on a rebound in front.
