The Red Dragons improved to 5-0-3 overall and 2-0-1 in the conference. The Lakers fell to 5-3-1 and 0-2.

Graduate student Jaden Galluzzo (Commack) recorded a goal and two assists to lead the Cortland offense. Juniors Cam Stone (Ilion) and Simone Neivel (Baldwinsville/C.W. Baker) and freshman Rachael Ehrlich (South Setauket/Ward Melville) each added a goal, and junior Kayla Valerioti (Oakdale/Connetquot) collected an assist.

Galluzzo gave Cortland a 1-0 lead in the 22nd minute with her team-high seventh goal of the season. Valerioti fed a through ball into the box, and Galluzzo hit a shot that deflected off Anderson's hands and the crossbar before settling inside the left post. Stone's first goal of the season put Cortland ahead 2-0 in the 39th minute, scoring on a header off Galluzzo's corner-kick service. After an Oswego hand ball in the box, Neivel converted the penalty kick in the 40th minute for a 3-0 Red Dragon lead at the half.
