Thomas Hall '63, M '05, a 2006 SUNY Cortland C-Club Hall of Fame inductee, passed away on Jan. 6, 2023, at age 82.

A lacrosse player at Cortland, Hall was a long-time teacher and standout coach at Fayetteville-Manlius High School, his alma mater, in the Syracuse area from 1963 until his retirement in 1999. He coached football for 29 seasons and established a lacrosse team in 1964 and coached that sport until his retirement. He won more than 400 lacrosse games at F-M. Hall was inducted into the Greater Syracuse Hall of Fame, the U.S. Lacrosse Upstate New York Chapter Hall of Fame, the inaugural F-M Athletic Hall of Fame, and the inaugural National Interscholastic Lacrosse Coaches Association  Hall of Fame.
