Kait Bourgeois (Cobden, ON/Ottawa Thunder) score 3:50 into overtime as the nationally 14th-ranked Cortland women's ice hockey team earned a 2-1 victory at Morrisville in SUNYAC action Friday night. The Red Dragons improved to 4-0 overall and 1- in the conference. The Mustangs fell to 1-1 and 0-1.

Allie Davidson netted Morrisville's goal with Hailee Easson assisting. Goalie Maggie Jones registered 56 saves.
Donegan gave Cortland a 1-0 lead at 6:17 of the first period before Davidson tied the game on the power play at 17:39 of the second period. After a scoreless third period, Bourgeois scored the game winner after Hlasnick forced a turnover just inside Cortland's offensive blue line and sent a pass to an open Bourgeois in front of the goal who beat Jones to give Cortland the 2-1 win.
