EWING, N.J. – The Cortland men's swimming and diving team finished in fourth place at the TCNJ Invitational, held Friday through Sunday.
TCNJ won with 1,429 points, followed by Merchant Marine Academy with 726, Stevens with 663 and Cortland with 563.
Kevin Kohlhoff (West Islip) won the 3-meter diving event with an 11-dive score of 501.50 points, one of the best performances in his career. He also finished second on the 1-meter board with a score of 453.40 points.
Calvin Eggleston (Antwerp/Indian River) finished fourth in 1-meter diving (313.90 points), while
Kensington Wilck (Newark) was fifth on the 3-meter board (285.35 points) and sixth on the 1-meter board (274.65 points).
Colin Veit (Port Jefferson/Earl L. Vandermeulen) posted four top-eight finishes during the meet. He placed fifth in the 100-yard butterfly in 51.45 seconds (51.12 in prelims) and sixth in the 100-yard freestyle in 47.93 second. He also was eighth in both the 200-yard IM (1:57.92, 1:56.87 prelims) and the 100-yard backstroke (54.47, 53.92 prelims).
Kellen Dickman (Montgomery/Valley Central) finished fifth in the 100-yard butterfly in 51.35 seconds (50.92 prelims) and eighth in the 50-yard freestyle in 21.91 seconds (21.79 prelims).
Dariusz Sargent (Holland Patent) was seventh in the 100-yard breaststroke (59.38) and eighth in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:11.30).

James DuTremble (Pleasantville/Briarcliff) finished sixth in the 500-yard freestyle (4:41.15) and
Ayden Baxter (Marlboro) placed eighth in the 400-yard IM (4:18.62, 4:17.91 prelims).
