TROY, N.Y. - The Cortland men's swimming and diving team finished in first place at the RPI Kumpf Invitational on Saturday at RPI's Robison Pool. The Red Dragons finished with 563.5 points, followed closely by RPI in second at 554.5 points and Skidmore in third with 353 points.

Jack Clark (Rochester/Aquinas Institute) and
Kevin Kohlhoff (West Islip) each posted two victories at the meet. Clark won both the 50-yard freestyle (21.49) and 100-yard freestyle (47.99), while Kohlhoff captured both 1-meter diving (300.05 points) and 3-meter diving (273.25 points).

Kellen Dickman (Montgomery/Valley Central) also earned a win with his time of 2:16.67 in the 200-yard breaststroke, and he finished third in the 100-yard IM in 55.98 seconds.

Eliseo Fernandez (Poughkeepsie/Roy C. Ketcham) finished second in both the 200-yard freestyle (1:49.15) and the 200-yard backstroke (1:56.85).
Colin Veit (Port Jefferson/Earl L. Vandermeulen) was second in the 100-yard IM (53.99) and tied for second in the 100-yard freestyle (48.42), and
Calvin Eggleston (Antwerp/Indian River) finished second in 1-meter diving (236.70 points).

Jacob Cerrato (Beekman/Arlington) placed third in both the 200-yard freestyle (1:49.65) and the 200-yard butterfly (2:04.78).
Kensington Wilck (Newark) earned a third-place finish in 3-meter diving (173.40 points) and a fourth-place showing in 1-meter diving (166.70 points), and
Dariusz Sargent (Holland Patent) finished third in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:18.39).

Four other Red Dragons registered fourth-place finishes:
Peter Brelesky (Monroe/Monroe-Woodbury) in the 50-yard freestyle (23.12);
Dylan Monaco (Lynbrook) in the 200-yard butterfly (2:07.24);
Ayden Baxter (Marlboro) in the 200-yard backstroke (2:06.34); and
James DuTremble (Pleasantville/Briarcliff) in the 500-yard freestyle (5:09.23).

The relays at the invitational were conducted as "mixed" relays with two men and two women on the same team, with both teams earning the points for the finish. In the mixed 200-yard medley relay, Dickman and Clark teamed with
Emma Bouwens (Hilton) and
Morgan Hannon (Hyde Park/Franklin D. Roosevelt) to finish in second place in 1:46.90.
