Katie Diem (Fairport), a defender on the women's soccer team and forward on the women's ice hockey team, has been named the 2025-26 SUNY Cortland C-Club Women's Sports Senior Athlete of the Year.

The finalists for Cortland's Rookie and Senior Athletes of the Year were announced in early May, but the winners were not chosen until the entire spring season was completed. The final award - the Men's Senior Athlete of the Year - will be announced on Friday. The Men's Rookie of the Year, baseball's Anthony Carlo, was announced Tuesday and the Women's Rookie of the Year, women's lacrosse's Sydney Elizalde, was announced Wednesday.
