Gianna was named the SUNYAC Field Hockey Tournament MVP after helping Cortland repeat as league champion. She scored twice in Cortland’s 4-0 win over Brockport in the semifinals and scored what proved to be the decisive goal in a 2-1 win over New Paltz in the finals.
