Africa earned SUNYAC Women's Track Athlete of the Week honors after winning both the 400-meter dash (1:00.19) and 200-meter dash (26.04) at the Ithaca College Quad Meet. Both of her performances are ECAC Div. III Championship qualifiers, and her 400-meter time is currently ranked sixth nationally in Div. III.
