Mitch earned All-ECAC honors in two events with top-eight finishes at the ECAC Div. III Indoor Track and Field Championships. He broke his own school record in the weight throw with a fourth-place distance of 17.58 meters (57' 8.25") and finished seventh in the shot put at 15.49 meters (50' 10").
