Cole caught four passes for 101 yards and a touchdown in Cortland's season-opening 63-0 win vs. Fitchburg State. His 21-yard scoring reception gave Cortland a 7-0 lead on the game's opening series, and his 61-yard catch set up a Red Dragon score later in the quarter. He also returned four punts for a total of 30 yards (with a penalty negating a potential 48-yard return).
